Say thanks to the real I am!

I AM are two of the most powerful words because, whatever you put behind them shapes your reality. You can state that you are down, or sad, or angry, or frustrated and the fact of the matter is with enough belief, you will end up as such.  Of course one needs to be realistic about what we think we are - it is no good I say that I am Jordan Spieth at the Masters, when I can hardly put a swing on a golf club.  Placing unrealistic expectations on others or one's self, is counterproductive to say the least and can only lead to depression and lack of self worth.  It is better to feel realistic, but positive about one's image and to take hold of that which we believe, can be a reality.  So too being negative after the words I am can be truly destructive.  There are many people in bondage and living with great negativity, due to the continual use of the words "I am miserable", many who suffer fatigue because that say "I am tired" and many who are ill because they are constantly "sick and tired".  It may be merely an utterance, but what if there is merit in remaining positive, using positive speech and growing in your belief that, that which you so desperately want and which you are convinced will be achieved, is in fact a few utterances away from happening.  There may be a few disappointments along the way, like "I am sure that ESKOM will keep the lights on", but with enough belief and support from those that really do care about you, and a strong belief in the real "I AM", you will be able to hurdle life's challenges and live to say I AM HAPPY!
