Ponder but Decide!
Decisions are plentiful in our lives and we ultimately take responsibility for each a every one we make. Some decisions are made easier by the people we ask for advice, because they go directly to the heart of where we are in our life and what is important at the time. Other decisions, are more complicated and require more time and in depth consideration. Whether we like it or not, our decisions trigger events and circumstances and they afford us hopes and dreams, but also regrets and feelings of disappointment. Those "I should have" moments. But decisions are personal and they sometimes need to be made alone. You can have all, the support and understanding of real friends but there are just times, when the only thing that gets you to the next season, is to use introspection and to analyse every part of the decision and take it slowly. Making a decision when you are unsure or uncertain, is never the best and advisable way and in my view complicates things even more. You need to have a time when you are settled and stable, when you make life changing decisions. One also has to remember that decisions made by you have to be lived with by you. You are not making decisions for the benefit of others, but rather to enhance your own life and then having done so, you can impact others once you have taken the time to make a call, be it correct or not. Ultimately, having the courage to make a decision remains important, because you cannot go through life by burying the problem, or always going with what is expected or accepted by society, but how you get to the decision is what defines how the decision will impact your end result.
